[pink]An Incident of Genetics Part 1: [/pink]
[pink]Who I am[/pink]
[purple]Let us set things straight here ladies and gentlemen. I am not my father. My father was a crude hardcore wrestler who sacrificed his mind body and soul for this sport and its fans. He was just a no talent spot monkey who couldn’t make it into the big time. He couldn’t make the money to take care of my mom when she was pregnant with me and in 1990 and therefore, I was born into poverty. He could have been a legend, he could have been something, he could have been a contender. But instead he took the low road and made nothing of himself.
That isn’t to say that I didn’t grow up with an appreciation for the sport and those that take part in it …just not my father. At the age of eight, I knew that I wanted to be a wrestle. But unlike my terrible father, I wanted to be good at it. I wanted to make money off it. But most of all, I wanted to perfect it. I couldn’t do that under my father’s training. I couldn’t do that under my living condition. I did the only thing I could do in that position: I reached out. You see, I had enough evidence to prove that both of my parents were unfit and within a few months I got myself emancipated. BUT that wasn’t enough …because after all I needed to learn the craft of pro wrestling. Again, it was something that I was tired of seeing my family bastardize. What I did is I went to a man my father tag teamed with back in the day …he hated my old man just as much as I did. And ass oppose to my father, he actually bothered to learn the craft wrestling and made some money off it. Once I was emancipated, I was free to travel to Toronto, Ontario Canada and learn how not only to be a good wrestler, but the GREATEST in my generation.
When I was fifteen I began my training and it continued throughout high school and then through college. And I accomplished something that my father couldn’t and my father’s father came very short of …I became SKILLED. That is right. I wasn’t a spot monkey or someone who got mutilated for fifty dollars an appearance like most of the talent out there. NO. I was the real thing. And it makes sense too. Even I will admit that talent comes naturally to my genes. My grandfather and my father both had potential, but they were just to lazy to reach it. I am different. I have reached my full damn potential and all I had to do was disown my family.
That is a decision I am never going to regret for it because now not only am I genetically gifted but I honed it to make me the perfect wrestling machine this place will ever lay eyes on. Does it matter that I am a woman? No. I am still more skilled than anyone out there today because I CHOSE to be. Gender and past accolades have nothing to with it.
I am Lexington Legacy and I approve this message.[/purple]

[purple]Days like today I am so pleased at the decisions I have made. Yes, I admit selling out my family for a better life was a GOOD thing. As I walk through my mentor and benefactors vacation home in Miami Beach Florida, I believe this fact even more. I make my way from the main house to the beach in my black robe. Following me is the hired aide my benefactor afforded for me, Jizzy P. I got to handpick him when we discussed me signing with a big time fed. He was a big man and a former gang banger looking to go clean …and the money I pay him hourly is enough to clear that past of his. I also trust him not to do anything to ME due to the fact that he was the only gay hired goon I had ever met. It is a pretty good arrangement after all.
I find a nice spot on the beach where the sun is shining brightly and gives me a good view of the ocean. I point to it and Jizzy P puts down a towel. I smile at him and undo my robe. He makes no reaction which again comforts me. Of course I am wearing a two piece. Firstly, it is the best way to get a tan and secondly, I am proud of the body I have achieved through hard work as oppose to most fans of wrestling, wrestlers, or my POS of a father. Jizzy P hands me the lotion and I begin to spread it all over my arms and then my legs. I don’t even have to say a thing and Jizzy takes the lotion as I undo my top and let him rub it on my back and hindquarters.
As he is doing that a cell phone rings. It is my direct line that Jizzy carries with him at all times. He quickly answers it because, after all, it is his job. He looks at it for a moment. I turn my head towards him.[/purple]

[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] Well… who is it?
[black]Jizzy P[/black]: It is Carlyle.
[purple]I kind of light up as I hear that name. Afterall, he is the man who made all of this possible. If my dad didn’t choke on him during a tag team match, I wouldn’t have gotten this education in wrestling. I wouldn’t be the prodigy that I am currently. I wouldn’t be that blue chipper that everyone is currently bidding for. [/purple]
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] Good. Hand it over.
[purple]Jizzy P hands me the phone as I answer.[/purple]
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] Hey Terrence … I hope you have some good news for me.
[purple]I listen to him speak over the other end of the phone. He isn’t the most open of people, so everything he says comes out pretty monotone. But even now he sounds a little bit excited.[/purple]
[green]Terrence Carlyle[/green]: I do, but firstly, how is that assistant that I hired for you working out?
[purple]I smile over at Jizzy, who does and says nothing.[/purple]
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] Oh, he is great. He isn’t much of a talker, but he is doing his job correctly. If I were you, I’d up his pay.
[purple]He chuckles over the other end of the phone.[/purple]
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] You might be able to do that yourself soon.
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] Tell me that you sealed the deal.
[purple]He genuinely sounds enthusiastic now.[/purple]
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] Of course I did. It is an up and coming federation, I am a known name in the game of technical wrestling and you are a third generation star as well as my protégé and not to mention you are very fetching. It is a done deal.
[purple]I nod my head not expecting anything less. I know what I am capable of and I know that I am better than whatever other scrub SCW brought in. I was destined to rule over them with my world title and unlike the gene-ology, I have the power to do so now. I am, afterall, a natural at this.[/purple]
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] Fantastic.
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] I am guaranteed that you will have your first match June 24th, but you can join them on the road anytime beforehand.
[purple]And right as I heard that, a thought popped into my head. I raise an eyebrow.[/purple]
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] You know, I might just have to make an early appearance.
[purple]Jizzy P even gives a smile at this.[/purple]
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] I know that you are prideful young woman, but don’t forget that you need to be preparing for this match everyday. That is why your father and grandfather failed …they didn’t push themselves far enough.
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] Oh Terrence, you will not have that problem with me.
[purple]On the other end Terrence releases a sigh.[/purple]
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] I don’t think that right now that you are really pushing yourself. The staff tell me that you are sunbathing at this moment.
[purple]I shrug at this as Jizzy P chuckles.[/purple]
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] You know that my good looks are also apart of my arsenal. Not only can I make most men tap …but they are distracted enough to let me get in the moves that will make them tap. Tanning is just apart of it.
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] But what happens if you are ever beaten to the point where you have to wear a potato sack over your head? What will you do? You can’t rely on your looks.
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] You know damn well that I can back it up and that I don’t rely on them. First and foremost, I am a wrestler. The beauty thing is just an added precaution.
[purple]Even over the phone I can picture the unpleasant face he is making[/purple]
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] Then do me a favor. Put your top back on …slip on some running shoes and give me fifty laps.
[purple]I shrug at Jizzy who pulls out a stop watch.[/purple]
[red]Lexington Legacy:[/red] What are you talking about?
[green]Terrence Carlyle:[/green] I am talking about making you the REAL deal. I am talking about making you better than where you came from. I say run, you are running.
[purple]I look over at Jizzy P who is timing me now. He shakes his head and mouths out “I’m Sorry.” I give him a furious look before putting my top on and springing to my feet. Deep down inside, I know that Terrence is right. I am better than any SCW star and I need to back that up by putting forth MORE than they can even imagine.[/purple]
[purple]As I run up and down the beach …I think about that first day at SCW. And I imagine that I will be the only one of my family anyone will talk about for the years to come. My father and grandfather will be a distant memory and Lexington will have her own dynasty that has nothing to with them.
It is never too early to begin your legacy and mine begins at Superiority.[/purple]

[purple]And with that I am ending story time. The lesson is that change is coming to SCW and that change is someone who deserves everything that comes to her. Everything that should have been mine at childbirth will be mine soon. And I will get what I deserve at any cost.[/purple]
