Ok guys definitely apologize about the lack of communication as you know things are hectic in the staff's lives right now, everything should be back to normal for me tomorrow, and as to the other owner I'm not too sure lol, just j/king. He should be back in full force very soon, the reason he's in Arkansas has taken his life over and will be having some free time hopefully tomorrow. It's hard for me to reach him as well.
So look to have the show tomorrow (I know it's broad but it'll happen.) As to this coming Superiority, we're going to take this week off and have another Superiority the following week. So the 8th will not have a show. So you can all rest up a little longer and get into gear for the coming show.
Sorry again, life happens unfortunately and we're no different from anyone else when it comes to that.
I hope everyone has a fantastic 4th of July!

the time of day at which this was posted leaves some room for interpretation when you say "tomorrow"... just sayin'.

yeah, if life didn't get in the way, I'm sure the holiday screwed things up.
And tomorrow is always a day away!

Again, just an update every day that results don't go up would help us get a little idea of what is going on. Honestly, and I hate to say this, but it is looking more and more like fed abandonment on mystery co-owners part...which is okay because life comes up, but I think we should know if either TGO OR the GM have spoken to SCW Mystery Co-owner because it seems like the ball was in his court last time we checked and he seems to be the missing party.
Basically, don't feel like you have to sugar coat anything ...all of us have stayed this long. If you are missing matches or the whole show or if their is a lapse in communication ...TELL US please. Don't be vague, but be one hundred percent honest. And who knows, maybe we'll help come up with a solution.
But, and I'm so sorry with what has been going on in all your personal lives and it sucks, if you guys just keep saying "tomorrow for sure" and we don't hear from anyone for a whole day until someone says "tomorrow for sure" and then disappears again ...it does look bad and it looks like fed abandonment. This isn't a scolding post or a "how dare you have lives" post ...it is just asking for you to communicate EXACTLY what is going on post.
Again, I am sorry that all this chaos happened this past week.

Again, I am sorry that all this chaos happened this past week. I agree with this 100 percent. Because THIS, isn't good for business. We would be ok with results not being up if we got some sort of explanation instead of saying it will be up tomorrow. I hope this doesn't come across as rude or anything but we are at the beginning of the fed and not having any communication or updates isn't a good thing for business. I also hope everything has worked out in your personal lives.

The most important thing to stress here to staff is that none of us are ANGRY ...we all know life happens. We all want to salvage this if possible, but you guys gotta let us know what is going on. If we have to take a week to work on results that might or might not be missing and overhaul a little bit, we'll be okay with doing that. But you need to let us know HOW we can help.
But yeah, my concern is that the days where we go without proper communication and are just told "it'll be up tomorrow" the more it is going to hurt the fed.
But again, none of us are angry at all and will help instead of scold when you tell us everything that is going down. But for us to NOT jump to conclusions, you need to fill us in.

i know it is the mature stance to take, but it's pretty presumptuous to say "nobody is angry"... i'm sure a lot of people in this fed have very limited free time, and if they make a commitment to use that precious time to post RPs and develop a character, they have every right to get angry when their work is not rewarded with a kickass show... moreso still when nobody seems to actually know what's going on 4 days after the fact.
some level of anger is actually a pretty rational response at this point.
if people get ANGRY, then maybe it will lead to a backup emergency-writing heirarchy being put in place, or at least it will lead to regular and honest OOC updates about shit. on the other hand, if we're going to create a culture where everyone thinks that week-late shows are totally OK, then i guess i just don't know what the point of being here is in the first place.
that being said, i know the staff are fantastic people with real-life shit going on. and yet that's not the point. i would much rather see the talent get "angry" and demand updates, seek fixes for systemic issues, etc., than see the talent say "fuck this" and quit because the OOC board gives the impression that none of us really cares if the card is a week late.

Three days late.
I don't think any posts in here says "we don't care." I'm just not going to take the super angry approach personally. If you want that is your decision. I just don't think it is going fix anything. I've voiced that what they are currently doing is bad for business and that they need to communicate and QUICKLY ...and I didn't do it out of anger. Putting myself in their shoes, if they come back from an emergency and see a bunch of angry handlers just being irrational about it, they aren't going to want to do anything.
Taking the stern, honest approach is better for me than just raging. You want to be mad, go ahead, I don't think it works.

Sorry to hear that things aren't going so well OOC for some of you guys. Hope things improve.
If I may make a suggestion that could help you all out in the future. I know some you elder statesmen on both the staff and handler side of things here. I would look into switching to an "every other week" model. Things may move a little slower than some of you are accustom, but it give writers on both sides more time and removes a lot of stress. I do it in LPW now and NLW was doing it before that. While NLW didn't really have a PPV structure built into it, the way I do things in LPW is have 3 regular shows and then a PPV.
I'm certainly not trying to tell you guys how to run things, so I hope it doesn't appear that way. Knowing a lot of you guys, I just want to see this place succeed.

Ha! You guys should've made me the GM/Co-owner. I ran my own fed (into the ground) once, so I have plenty of experience in fucking things up and letting people down!
seriously though, you guys know you could be a week late and I'd still be here.

That is something I have actually grown use to and enjoy... Allows us to put more thoughts into our roleplays and gives staff two weeks to put out quality shows versus one. It also helps if we don't wait till after deadline to start putting the show together. Not sure if thats how its happening here, but getting stuff done sooner rather then later helps things flow easier.

Ha! You guys should've made me the GM/Co-owner. I ran my own fed (into the ground) once, so I have plenty of experience in fucking things up and letting people down! maybe this is the kind of fresh, honest approach we need for fed management... we can start out with a huge-ass premiere card, then we recruit like 10 new members before week 2, then another card is announced, and everyone RPs for it, but it's never posted. then, 12 to 18 months later, the exact same fed opens with a new name, new URL, 25-50% new staff, and we invite all the people from the mailing list we saved from last year's fed, and start all over again... it's like a pop-up diner, but instead of eating, it's grown-ass adults getting pissed off about fake wrestling events!
