Ok guys, sorry for the lack of communication. I spoke with the GM today and we are really just waiting to see what's going on with the other co-owner. I understand this is extremely frustrating for you guys and I don't want it to be, please understand that the past week and a half hasn't been the easiest for us and we are working on getting over the humps. Results are coming, and once again I appreciate everyone that has spoken up about trying to help the federation. Please understand that we haven't abandoned it, we are just currently working together to get everything up and running smoothly again.
I hope this eases any tension that has been occurring squashes any kind of staff abandonment rumors. We ARE still here.
Thanks again guys. Trevor

Ok,
Very quickly, I have the majority of the show in my possession now, now I just have to write up some things myself. Please expect things up and running at normal pace on Sunday. So until then guys the only thing that I would suggest is possibly getting with me through AIM or PM here to see if there is anything that I will need help with and to also please resend your segments (Syren & Prodigy, I have access to yours.)
Thanks Trevor

I'm glad to see that things are at least making some progress. Once this card is posted we'll be able to move along as normal. There are some changes that need to be made to prevent this in the future, though. I would suggest that both owners and GM come to some understanding that in cases like this in the future one of you will be able to "pull the trigger" as it were on all decisions Superiority based. As I mentioned on AIM no one person, or two people, should be able to bring everything to a screeching halt as has happened this week. It's great that you all can work together, but if something happens that does not allow one of you to participate, then it's on the others to carry on with that particular show without him.
I would also suggest smaller cards until we know they can consistently be posted on a weekly basis with only a days leeway. More people writing would also help. A deadline for writers would be helpful as well. Personally I think if the RP deadline is Friday night that the match deadline be Saturday night. Start a staff only portion of the boards, have all the writers post their stuff there, and by Sunday morning all segments and matches should be there. Either that, or have them send everything to an email that all members of the ownership/GM have access to.
Just some ideas to keep things flowing. Also I think there needs to be someone, or multiple people, keeping the twitter account updated. It doesn't look good when the last thing updated on the site, or Twitter on the site, was almost 2 weeks ago.

I agree with Justin...
The people in charge of the shows need to have access to ALL of whats sent in. Which means setting up a account on the forums that everything is sent to, so that if one person goes awol, the others still have everything except for what the one awol was suppose to do.
a Staff board for Match Writers and other staff is also something needed to be considered. Deadlines is another thing i agree with Justin on. If rp deadline is friday, matches and segments needs to be Saturday, so that the show can be put together on Sunday and any matches that haven't been submitted can be quickly written well and added in to its place.
In order for SCW to succeed we need to have a backup plan. I'm sadly still waiting to find out a few things before I can finish with the website. I'm starting to get the itch to write again, and don't want to keep waiting. I want to finish the website so I can resume rping here, and helping Justin out with Graphics.
